We strive to hold our shipping costs to an absolute minimum on every order, which is why we're glad to offer free shipping on certain items. As of now the ONLY items that DO NOT have free shipping are the Skateboard Decks in our Deathgear Products Shop. (everything else in the shop ships free) The skateboard decks shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll receive helpful tracking information once your order is processed. Standard Ground delivery windows are generally 4-10 business days.

We will most likely be shipping with UPS or USPS.

Orders are hand-packed when we receive them and are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. If there was ever to be a unexpected issue and your purchase might be delayed, we will contact you immediately. Also keep in mind, during the busy Holiday Season’s and other times of high volume shipping your order may take longer to process. We try to provide the most complete set of photos possible for each product. if you find yourself dissatisfied with your item(s), please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase, and refer to our Refund Policy. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for candles, soaps, aromatherapy products or incense (if those items every are for sale in Deathgear Products)

If anything in your shipment arrives damaged or broken, please reply back to the shipping confirmation email (or send an email to www.deathgearproducts.com) and we will be more than happy to help. (Items must be intact in original packaging.)
