•RETURN POLICY•

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We try to provide the most complete set of photos possible for each product, properly disclosing any imperfections if any. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item(s), please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for candles, soaps, aromatherapy products, or incense (if ever we decide to sell these kinds of products in Deathgear Products). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at www.deathgearproducts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping charges are only refunded if the item arrived defective or damaged or you receive the wrong item.

• Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, not offered at this time), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, not offered at this time), and personal care goods (such as lotions or beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

• Sale Items / Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, (not offered at this time).

• Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping charges are not refundable if we are re-sending out a new product. Please follow your package with the provided tracking number. If an email with order confirmation accompanied by a tracking number is not received within 72 hours from purchase please contact our customer service.

• Discounts 
We may periodically provide discount codes or links to products in the store as part of promotional deals or seasonal periods. Each discount code may apply to a specific set of products, and no discount code is usable on items already on sale unless otherwise specified.
